This golden ale, brewed in collaboration with the restaurant Owen and Engine, was brewed with coconut, amchoor (dried green mangos), and jaggery (raw sugar from sugar cane and date palm tree). It's an otherworldly summer sipper. Hopped gently with grassy Hallerteau Blanc hops, this brew is a special delight.

An interesting take on a Belgian ale from the boys at Pipeworks. Collaboration beer with Owen & Engine; brewed with coconut, amchoor, and jaggery sugar. Very sweet and lightly carbonated with a great mouthfeel. Coconut takes a backseat to the sugar and (what I'm guessing is) amchoor. Definitely a sipping beer but the abv is well-masked. Fans of spiced ales should enjoy this one.
