We brewed this very important batch in memory of our late, great, '95 Astro delivery van, we lovingly called the "Bicentennial Falcon". This is a Beige Ale brewed with, you guessed it, Centennial and Falconers hops. Be sure to enjoy this tasty tribute while breathing in exhaust and enjoying a distinct lack of air conditioning and radio!!! Buckle up!

Batch 500
Short review: smells very hoppy, very nice. Tastes kinda thin/weak. Hoppy but not a lot of body. Still a very drinkable beer.
