22oz bomber poured into a snifter. Batch number 50.

A- Pours a hazy light yellow/ orange color with a half finger of white colored head. The head dissipates to some froth along the top and sides of the glass.

S- Lots of citrus and floral hops in the aroma. A faint sweetness is there as well.

T- Big hop hit off the front of the mouth. Pine and citrus are most apparent. Then comes the Belgian yeast. I get hints of banana in the taste as well.

M- Medium bodied, nice carbonation, bitter, dry finish.

A good representation of the style in my opinion.

Thanks to YYZ for sending this bottle as part of the Epic NFL Confidence pool! Reviewed from notes. Poured from bomber into a Westbrook pint glass.

A: Pours a hazy deep gold with a finger's worth of white head with fair retention. Average visible carbonation.

S: Yeasty, with fruity esters (pear, apple, and a light clove), and grassy & citrus rind hops over a light bready malt.

T: Follows the nose almost exactly – fruity esters up front (with a touch of banana that I didn't get in the nose), moderately bitter citrus and floral hops with a bit of resin character as well. All complimented by nice light cracker malt base. Lightly bitter with lingering fruity esters in the hang, which lead to an impression of dryness.

O: Good amount of carbonation sensation, noticeable alcohol presence but not overly hot, and medium body.

O: This was pretty tasty, though not truly outstanding. This is a style that I think has a definitive ceiling, at least to my palate. The characteristics of a Belgian IPA don't always play well together, but this seemed to be as good as any of them. Recommended to try.

I have to agree with previous reviewers about this beer. They nailed it. Pours light amber with a 2 finger head that has great retention. Mouthfeel is great, medium bodied with lots of carbonation and lacing all over the glass that lasts all the way to the end. Nose has a nice hop presence, citrus notes. Some alcohol is also present but less than expected for an 8 % beer. Gorgeous looking beer, again the head on it is fantastic. At the end of the bottle it gets hazier to almost opaque.
This is an awesome beer that I'm glad I have one more of. Great job PipeWorks
