Great, now I have the song stuck in my head.
Pours a mild creamy bubbly slight darker head that starts small and fades quickly, a touch of lacing, long legs, super dark brown almost black color.
Nose big sweet brown malts, dark malts but not black, syrupy sweet, tons of molasses and tangy bbq sauce, spices s well, burnt cane sugar and brown sugar, woody esters and saw dust thing too, just basicallty molasses and bbq sauce.
Taste is more of the same, some brown malts, caramel, etc, but lots more molasses, raw and burnt sugar cane, raw and burnt molasses and BBQ sauce again, spices, some booze wamth, fruity flavors, fig paste. Finish is bitter, sticky syrupy some booze, loads more molasses and bbq sauce.
Mouth is syrupy thick some warming booze, decent carb.
Overall a big syrupy molasses bbq sauce mess, practically undrinkable.

Opened by bottle from last Xmas and had it cellared for the year. Everything about it is phenomenal. A little boozy on the taste but well worth the 1 year wait!
