A- White head 1 to 1 1/2 inches. Light lacing around the edge of the glass. Hazy Yellow in color. Medium-Strong carbonation bringing bubbles to the surface as it is consumed.

S- Lighter citrusy notes increasing as it warms. Grain and yeast aromas noticable mixed with hoppiness and some other spices

T- Hoppy, Citrusy, and Maltiness brilliantly combined with light spices to form a solid belgian pale ale.

M- Light bodied and smooth with just the right amount of carbonation to give a pleasingly drinkable mouthfeel. No alcohol warmth of which to speak.

O- A wonderful beer that combines just the right amount of hoppiness with other components.

This beer pours light blonde like lemonade with a huge fluffy white head that I had to sweep off a few times when trying to fill my tulip glass. There is very limited nose on this. A small bit of the citrus zest that the beer is brewed with. The flavor is very appealing especially when shooting for a low ABV beer. My first patersbier was a success. I enjoyed the drinkable light Belgian flavor.

Body is a hazy golden color, yellowish at the bottom of the glass fading to a darker color where it meets he head, nice large white head.

Smells of sugar, yeast, mild citrus fruit, some spice.

Much more citrus in the flavor, lemon and orange zest, pepper and other spices again, fades into yeastiness. Somewhere between a typical Belgian pale and a wit, pretty tasty.

Excellent carbonation, good mouthfeel all around.

7.3/10

(Served in a globe glass)
Batch #69 on bottle
A- This beer pours a full glass of snow white creamy head that melts into a hazy deep aged lemon yellow body and the foam sticks in clouds to the side of the glass with each sip. Strong carbonation of microbubbles trail to the surface.

S- The great earthy saison yeast esters has a fresh rain and citrus peel aroma in the finish with a bright pithy citrus note coming through as it opens.

T- The dry fruity saison ester has some flinty notes and a dry finish. There is a pleasant club soda taste mixed in with a coriander dryness and pithy lemon bitterness that blends with a bright citrus hops as in lingers on for a moment.

M- The light mouthfeel has a crisp fizz that really compliments the hops.

O- This is a great beer that is full of yeasty character and a bright flavor but is very sessionable. It gets just a bit to bitter in the aftertaste but still remains very pleasant to drink.

poured into tulip glass.

Appearance: hazy yellow bodied beer with 2 fingers of white head. Nice head retention that slowely drop to an uneven cap.

Smell: wheat beer with lots of bananas and clove. Hint of citrus. Really yeasty and a touch of spice. Bananas seem to dominate.

Taste: This beer is malt forward. Malts tastes like wheat, bananas, and honey. Hint of lemons and oranges in the aftertaste. I think that the yeast builds up and get bigger than the malts. really yeasty beer. I touch of hop bitterness shows up at the end of the beer.

Mouthfeel: light bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Super easy drinking. Bright and fresh. I think that I would like a little bit more carbonation in this beer, but otherwise its solid in the mouthfeel department. Semi dry finish.

Overall: I dig this collaboration. Nice spin on a belgian beer with a slight american twist. Its a good beer that would pair well with most food or cheese. I think its underrated.
