A: Slightly hazy light copper in color. Forms a modest size off-white head. Good retention. Moderate lacing.
S: Aroma is a mix of unsweet caramel malts, woody pine, and just a bit of orangey citrus.
T: Taste is full on pine and pine resin. There is a caramel malt base and just a touch of orange, but, in reality the pine and pine resin are so dominant that they're really the only flavors coming through. Turns resiny and woody on the finish.
M: Medium bodied. Strong, astringent bitterness. Appropriate carbonation. Very dry on the finish.
O: This one has to be the most extreme and bitter of the Ninja-series. Very bitter and rather one-demensional with a very strong Northwestern pine resin flavor.
