Rich dark pour with cascading effervescence into a one inch mocha head. Recedes in a short amount of time and decent lacing compared to other quality stouts.

Now if I didn't know there was orange in here I never would of nailed it. But since it is an orange truffle, there it is. Seriously though folks, bittered orange blended with milk chocolate. Sweetened aroma with faintish hop. Quality coffee roast. Long enough, more dark cocoa pulls through. All in all I'd say it holds it's own among many fine stouts.

Nice syrupy Hershey style milk chocolate and torte. It's very hard to find orange. Bittering agent is present. I'm getting so impressed with the milky chocolate presence more so than any orange truffle. I'm ready to dip strawberries in this. And yet 70% dark cocoa is there on the finish.

Creamy and silky all in one. Luxurious mouthfeel and thick.

I thought the raspberry stout by Pipeworks was so one dimensional with that tartness kick, but this has impressive levels of chocolate. Orange more of a bittering agent but scant. Turns out to be a fine stout and one of the finest mouthfeel experience since GI bourbon counties. This is a chocolate lovers dream and the stout for the adult kicker. A number of poo pooers holding this down but this is a real freakin' treat. Get over your orange craving and accept that it rounds out this fine stout. Put this in bourbon barrels and fuugetaboutit. Outstanding!
