Batch 217/218, thanks to rudzud for sharing.
Nice dark colored smaller head covering fades pretty quickly, light lacing and decent legs, just about pitch black with yeast chunks.
Nose dark choc, cocoa, roast, booze, weird orange cream aroma in the background, weird peanut butter like nutty aroma, little candied orange.
Taste rich and creamy, quite creamy and fairly lush, lots of dark choc and milk choc, velvety melting choc, little cocoa dust, hint of roast, little mint note and nutty flavours. Little orange cream in the background but not a lot. Fair amount of booze but not too bad, little solventy and oily, little Oreo cookie too. Finish is semi sweet and sticky, quite boozy and solventy more cocoa and mild orange cream.
Mouth is med to fuller bod, little creamy and lush, mild carb, fairly boozy and solventy.
Overall not bad, interesting dark malts, orange has faded a lot, mouth is nice, other unique characters like nuts and mint, interesting but not amazing.

Overall this seems like a pretty standard stout. I'm picking up only the slightest hint of orange. There is a decent amount of chocolate flavor, and a pretty heavy alcohol burn. There's nothing that really stands out as spectacular, but nothing bad, either.
