12 oz can poured into glass
Slightly cloudy golden color, foamy white head. Nice well rounded hop aroma. Similar flavor, pleasantly bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Taster at brewery. Clear golden, scant head. Light resiny aroma, some malts. Taste is a nice blend of malts and hops, hops having a flight edge, but we'll balanced. Mildly sweet.

I found this in a small country store in Slade, Kentucky near Red River Gorge... Never heard of it, so I had to try it... Solid IPA for sure should be found and enjoyed

12 oz can, dated 9/4/20, into Elipsis glass. I misread the date on this.
Honey color with slight amber tinge, half finger of head, receding to a ring leaving slight spots of lace.
Smells like pine and caramel, slight cardboard/oxidation. Some citrus - orange, tangerine, orange marmalade.
Tastes like apricot , cardboard, and newspaper. Some smokiness. Ian says Chinook hops, I would agree 100%.
Feel is slightly resinous, slightly juicy, no alcohol heat, heavy carbonation, with very slight pleasant resins.
Overall, very good, but moderately upset that I mistook the "20" for a "21". Will maybe try fresher sometime. Total Wine wins again.

From a 3 month old 12 oz can into a glass in a hotel room outside of Louisville. Pours a fairly clear light orange amber, with a decent head. Lots of hops but they’re a little muddled...dominant notes are melon and round almost overripe citrus. Bready and caramel malts...not to heavy, but add quite a bit of body and lingering sweetness, where one might hope for a little more hoppy bitterness. Happy I had a chance to try it but wouldn’t go out of my way for it in the future.

Clear gold viewed from the top, viewed from the side the color shifts to brass. Low carbonation, which pairs nicely with the slight sweetness and smooth body of the beer. This IPA lacks the harsh punch of bitter flavor that some IPAs exhibit and instead balances the hop flavor with the flavor of the malt. The aftertaste is aromatic, not bitter or astringent, and makes the mouth water.

Poured into a tall clear pint glass. Appearance is golden and cloudy, more than a finger thick of creamy head with decent lacing and retention.
Aroma is tropical notes like pineapple, papaya, and mango, citrus notes like orange and tangerines, biscuit malt, and passion fruit.
Taste is piney and there is grapefruit present, other citrus and tropic notes are in the background. Body is medium-light.
