Hazy amber-orange with a mild fuzzy white blanket.

Smell is musty, with sweetening golden raisin, vanilla, and oak.

This brings to the palate a really frothy carbonation, yet is a little thin, adding rounding caramel to all the same notes as exhibited in the smell.

It has a quite whitshy color with light green and yellow nuances and with practically no head.
Light and clean aroma with predominant lemon notes and some mild nice must.
Flavor with a medium lemon tartness, some green apple and green grapes, mildly lactic.
Very light body, a bit watery, with good carbonation.
Ultra refreshing and elegant, definitely not aggressive Berliner Weisse, but it could be a bit bolder, both flavor and body.

Color is a pale yellowish with a big gush of head in the Faust Weissbier glass. The usual light body and sharp mouthfeel. Somewhat spritzy but not up to the German standard. Aroma is a slight whiff of vinegar with some faint grain.

Flavor is more on the tart than sour side, which is fine for drinkability in my opinion. Some hints of malt. Mostly it's a tangy, faintly fruity but extremely dry taste. Thin and slightly wheaty. Hints of grape skins and some lemon.

This is easy to drink, if you're trying out the style, but the nine dollar price seems excessive. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Grapevine Liquors in Denver.

750 ml bottle, bottle on 6/10/13. Pours hazy light yellow with a huge gushing fizzy white head that retains well and laces the glass a little.

The aroma is musty wheat malts with a little apple.

The flavor is sweet wheaty malts, green apple and a dry champagne finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation.

Overall, Just OK. Tart green apple and dry champagne.
