Having opened in late January it's Redlands newest gastropub. With 10 taps and soon to add 4 more, it has quickly become the best serious hand-crafted beer bar in town. That's because they are rotating taps on a regular basis and have had a great assortment of beers from some great breweries: Pizza Port, Lost Abbey, Victory, Great Divide, Ommegang, Stone, Drakes, Moylans, Coronado, Eagle Rock, Bootlegger's and the local favorite, Hanger 24, to name just a few. The food is excellent and includes tasty appetizers such as mussels and tater tots (yes, tater tots), and delicious entrees such as pork tenderloin, filet mignon, free range chicken, swordfish and salmon. There are several side dishes you can order with your entree. The atmosphere is the best in town with a beautiful bar being the center of attention. It's not a stuffy place, but it's certainly not a dive. It's upscale but very friendly and service-oriented with good value in food and beer. The ones handling the rotation of the taps have a passion and knowledge for good hand-crafted beer and like to have an assortment of IPA's, pale ales, wheat beers, porters, stouts, and Belgians including lambics and sours. There's always a beer featured on nito. Keep an eye on this place. It's become the standard for a high quality gastopub by which all local beer bars will be measured. They know what they're doing. They are open 7 days a week at 5pm for dinner and from 11am - 2pm on weekends for brunch, which is a great feast. Their not too distant future plans are to be open for lunch 7 days a week.
