Draft at Strangelove. Pale golden, kind of fizzy, small active head. Aroma us hay, grass, herbal, lemons. Taste focuses more on the citrus, light and zesty.. nice feel and weight.

On tap at Tired Hands Fermentaria.
Pours a hazy yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is yeasty and crisp with bright fruitiness and notes of peaches and citrus.
Taste is fruity and yeasty with some esters and notes of peaches, citrus, peppery brett and a smidge of banana. Complex with a dry finish.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium with bright carbonation.
Overall, a very bright and tasty saison.

On draft at the Fermentaria, pours yellowy and hazed, minor off white cap, leaves nice looking fine lacing.
Serious barnyard note on the nose....
Delicious saison, on the tart side, which is fine with me. More barnyard, yeasty goodness, tart apples...complex and tasty..well worth a try

L: Hazy, opaque yellow with a soapy white head. Medium-poor retention; the head fizzes mostly away, leaving a small ring with spotty lacing.
S: Tart and lightly funky; lemon juice, green apple skin, hay, barnyard/light mildew, tart pineapple, passionfruit, white grape, grass.
T: Quit sour; lemon juice, lemon zest, green apple skin, white wine vinegar. Moderately funky; hay, mildew, general mustiness. Cracker/white bread malt backbone. Medium acidity. White grape, white wine, and grass. Finishes very dry and moderately sour.
F: Light, but not watery. Highly carbonated. Rolling and smooth like champagne.
O: One of the best Brett/sour saisons I can imagine. Incredibly flavorful and balanced. I wish I could drink this beer for the rest of my life.
