First had: cask at TH
8oz. pour, bright magenta color, with a thin head of white bubbles that faded to a ringlet. Clean aroma full of citrus rind, notes of unripe pineapple and mango, slightly floral. Crisp, clean taste, citrus oils, fresh grass, a good floral kick (as hibiscus tends to go a long way, and I mean that in a good way), with a touch of strawberry; cinnamon was barely noticeable, but lent a subtle earthy character. Smooth, soft mouthfeel, light-medium body, easily drinkable. Pleasant.
