First had: on tap at TH

Light golden-orange pour, slightly hazy, with a nice cap of foamy white head; moderate retention and lacing. Nice hoppy aroma could be detected from a significant distance, notes of citrus pith and rind, pine, stone fruits. The flavor was a bit more aggressive than your typical TH IPA, in that the hop bitterness seemed more assertive. Lots of hops, citrus pith, grapefruit, lime, pine resin, kiwi, peach, bitter and dry, with a grainy rye finish. Nice. Mouthfeel, again, quite drying, crisp, medium in body, easily drinkable, a hop-head's delight.

Not really sure what exactly made this a "Christmas" brew...unless they secretly added pine branches and inverted crosses to the mash. (710 characters)
