On tap at TH.
Dark brown-black pour, with a finger of tan head that dissipated almost completely after a few minutes; minimal lacing. Dark malts in the nose, light roast, chocolaty. In the taste, a nice rich chocolate sensation up front, dark malt sweetness, with some obvious marshmallow coming in mid-palate; the vanilla and graham cracker didn't really come out at all. A slightly vegetal bitterness presented itself in the finish, coming out more as it warmed. Body was no more than medium on this one, strangely seeming to thin out more as it came up to room temperature, as the chocolate faded and the more vegetal elements set in; carbonation was on the lower side. Pretty good overall, though it just seemed to fizzle out for me after a few sips.

From the menu: "Stout Budino: Dessert Stout. 6.3% Brewed with oats and a plethora of specialty malts. Conditioned on vanilla beans, chocolate chunks, and graham crackers (just like our dessert, S’mores Budino). Try them together! LUSH!
- Notes of lush chocolate, marshmallow, graham crackers, and vanilla…"
From 02/09/14 notes. On tap at the brewery in Ardmore, PA.
a - Pours a deep brown, almost black color, with one inch of light tan head and moderate carbonation evident. Looks great.
s - Smells of Hershey's syrup, sweet chocolate, roasted malts, graham crackers, grains, vanilla beans, bread, and dough. Nice nose; a good mix of chocolate, vanilla, and pumpkin-y graham crackers. I like it.
t - Tastes of tons of sweet chocolate and Hershey's chocolate syrup again. Also tastes of light vanilla, roasted malts, toasted malts, bread, dough, biscuit malts, cream, and graham crackers. Tatse has a ton more chocolate; I love it.
m - Medium body and low to moderate carbonation. Smooth and creamy, no heat or bitterness. Very easy to drink.
o - Overall I really liked this one a lot; might be my favorite stout they've done so far (out of the 3-4 I've tried). It is not super complex or strong, but if you like chocolate stouts you'll probably love this one. Not too sweet or as sweet/strong as Southern Tier's Choklat, but reminds me of a lighter version of that. Would love to have it again sometime.

Received in a trade and poured into my Duvel tulip.
A - Pours a nice darker brown hue with a one finger mocha head that faded to leave light side lacing and a nice small creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of well...chocolate, light marshmallow, vanilla, and faint, faint graham crackers. Smells really nice, however, deeper inhales bring out metallic notes.
T - Taste is okay. Nice coffee notes, some rich chocolate, syrup too. Light roasted malts, creamy oat finish. Not getting much vanilla, marshmallow, or graham cracker. As it warms the vanilla comes out a little more. Loads of chocolate.
M - Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Light, easy drinking. Quite pleasant.
O - Overall, a solid stout offering. Loads of oats and chocolate and malts and a little flash of vanilla. Not much else though.
