On tap at TH.
First Level: Nelson Sauvin
Second Level: Galaxy
Hazy yellow-orange pour, a finger or so of white head retained as a thin layer and left some lacing on the glass. In the nose, citrus juice and pith, leafy, with some distant crackery malts coming through. More of the same in the taste, good assertive hop bitterness, pithy and zesty citrus, solid pale malt base. Light-medium body, crisp and dry. Didn't quite stand up to Such Passion, but that's a hard one to follow. By itself, this was a nice IPA overall.

Tired hands glass
Appearance: Dull orangish yellow. 2 finger head. Lace for days.
Aroma: orange, peaches, sweet bready crackers, citrus zest, subtle grapefruit.
Taste: Big orange and citrus. Light bready finish. Very juicy throughout.
Overall: very nice IPA but not on the level (ha) that 1st level was on. Beautiful looking beer, great aroma and a very pleasing on the palate but a bit muted.
1st level was single hopped with Nelson Sauvin. This (2nd level) was hopped with galaxy.

Thanks to tenderbranson69 for sharing this, enjoyed chilled from the growler in a wine glass.
The color is golden with thick hazed appearance and creamy white foamy cap with fine bead and ringlets of lace cling. There is a dank herbal almost weed-like scent with slight tropical aspect and floral note with light hint of passionfruit perhaps. The feel is very good with creamy almost cask like in that it has lower than average carbonation with a yeast texture and resinous body of hops with moderatlely low bitterness and dry finish
The taste is purely hop driven with mild yeast fruitiness and a subtle dank herbal element with subtle citrus and tropical fruit with mild sweet tinge and resinous herbal quality with low alcohol in the taste. The Galaxy brings a nice hint of pineapple and grapefruit zest with the juicy pleasant hop flavors. Overall this is a highly drinkable IPA with lots of hop aroma and flavor with the mouthfeel the only thing lacking that crisp quality you expect--the flavor delivers what it promised: a great single hop pale ale.

From 04/12/14 notes. Had on tap at the brewpub in Ardmore, PA.
a - Pours a murky yellow-burnt orange color with one inch of off white head and moderate carbonation evident.
s - Smells of galaxy hops, citrus, grapes, peaches, floral hops, grapefruit, tropical fruits, earthy malts, and grass.
t - Tastes of citrus hops, tropical fruits, peaches, floral hops, grass, must, fruity malts, light pine, light citrus and grapefruit. Very nice, slightly better than the nose with more mangos and peaches.
m - Medium body and low carbonation. No bitterness to it. Little less carbonated than their other IPAs.
o - Overall a very good IPA; I liked this more than their Station IPA, though not nearly as much as the Such Passion; it almost seemed like a lighter version of the Such Passion with less hops and fruit. Very good and worth checking out, but I'd go back for seconds of SP first.
