Growler. Thanks John. Poured into a taster glass today, 5/4/2014.
A- Hazy, straw-yellow body, large two finger white head with great retention, good lacing.
S- Explosive passion fruit and pineapple. Even as it gets warmer, there is not much pale malt. The mosaic comes out completely, and it does it so beautifully. Perfect expression of mosaic hops on the nose.
F- Passion fruit, tangerine, orange, pineapple. Not much in way of pale malt, a slight grainy flavour on the tongue. Very easy to drink and a nice flavour profile.
M- Thinner bodied, not watery as this is very flavourful. The hop profile seems to fade quickly on the palate. Good carbonation, not very bitter at all.
O- Very nice session IPA. Seems to be getting bigger and bigger, and if the more mainstream session IPAs can harness the likes of Mosaic hops this well, I'm all for it. I enjoyed this one a lot!

On tap at TH. Also got a growler to take home.
Hazy, golden-yellow liquid, with a small cap of white head that retained as a ringlet, dotting the glass with lace. Fresh citrus in the nose, grassy, with some lightly toasted grains. Lots of great, fresh hops in the taste, especially good flavor for a lower ABV beer, citrus and pine, crisp and moderately bitter, herbal notes, distant biscuity malt base. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, tremendously drinkable. This was really just an essentially basic IPA with nothing overly crazy going on, but far from banal, and seriously sessionable.
