Served on-tap at the pub.
A - Pours clear golden yellow with a small half finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving small streaks of lace on the sides of the glass.
S - Smells of strong house saison yeast, mild hop bitterness, bit of peppery spice, fresh cut grass and faint fruitiness.
T - Starts off with a mix of bready base grains and strong saison funk quickly being joined by the peppery spice, fresh grass, light fruit and damp earth. Finish is pretty dry, lingering long after the finish.
M - Medium-Light body with moderate carbonation. Spicy, bready feel with a bit of backing hop bitterness.
O - A nice addition to the series but I still prefer a couple of the other ones more.
