Crushable IPA brewed with spelt, oats, and rye. Hopped intensely and singularly with Mosaic.

1-20-16 - On tap at the Fermentaria in Ardmore, PA. Another good one from these folks. Served in their tulip glass. This was my third, after the Punge and D2H3 Mosaic. Maybe I should have started with this V&D and would have liked it more. I went back to the Punge.

On tap at Tired Hands Fermentaria in Ardmore, PA.
This one pours a bright and sunny straw yellow, with a half inch head, and a good amount of sticky lacing.
Smells like pure soft citrus and berry, with a just a little bit of pine.
As session IPAs go, this is pretty good, but it does feel a little watery, like most of this style. The beer is really juicy, though, and definitely delicious. Berries and grapefruits and oranges all over.
This is light bodied, very crisp and very juicy, with a normal level of carbonation.
Not bad, but they have better hoppy stuff.

On tap at Monk's Cafe in Philadelphia.
Served way too cold, got better as it warmed up. Juicy session IPA loaded with Mosaic. Hardly able to detect any alcohol in this beer. Super smooth, a little under carbonated.
