Poured from a corked bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Slightly cloudy pink tinged dark golden pour with a finger of fizzy white head. Falls fast... modest lacing.
S: Tart and fruity. Cherry, funk, and vinegar. Oak and barnyard.
T.F: Tart baking cherry and unripened fruit. Funk, oak, and apple cider vinegar. Apple skins... more oak, and lemon citrus. Medium to light bodied. Moderate acidity. Well carbonated... more funk, sour cherry, and cask to finish.
O: Another well done cherry forward tart saison... and right in Tired Hands wheelhouse. Great flavor... very drinkable... really good stuff.

This one pours a dark reddish color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like spicy cherries, funky red wine, rye, caramel, lemon, and grassiness.
This is supremely funky, with a nice little spiciness there too from the rye and the old cherries. There's some oak, and damp funk, and sour cherry skins/pits.
This is lighter bodied, and slightly prickly, with a lower level of carbonation. It's a slower sipper.
I've been very happy with the TH saison bottles I've had lately - this is nice stuff.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Blue Session. Hazy orange reddish color. Aroma is fruity with blood orange notes and light yeast funk. Taste is tart, fruity, mineral and salty with some damp wood barrel notes.

Pours a clear orange-hued light raspberry color with a finger of borderline-fizzy off-white head that's quick to dissipate into a barely-there crown. Zero lacing.
Strong oak, a hint of vinegar, a hint of cherry and a hint of clay in the nose. Go figure.
Definite cherry as well play-doh, formaldehyde, oak and slight rye spiciness in the taste. Some sour, wheat creaminess and cherry tartness mix in the aftertaste; the backend is like a light gose with a little wheat and bandaid in the mix.
Light to medium bodied with light to medium carbonation.
Take me back to the known, please. I like most Tired Hands saisons and I like cherries, but this is below average to my taste.

This looks like radiant blood orange juice in the glass, with a short-lived head.
The nose is lemon, band-aid, cranberry, and cherry, and the taste mostly follows. Tart lemon and red fruit, with subtle cheese funk and white pepper. The cherry isn't sweet or in your face, but it lingers nicely on the finish. Hints of honey. Mild drying oak on the backend.
The mouthfeel starts spritzy but ends soft. Under-carbed for the style but rounder as a result. This becomes more apparent as it warms.
Overall, very good. This would be awesome on a beach with some fried cod and lemon. Almost like a sparkling wine.
