Poured from a growler into a Tired Hands Teku glass.

A: Fizzy white head that quickly dissipates. Deep orange, hazy, and juicy looking.
S: Sweet and grassy. The sweetness is somewhat fruity, but more candy-like I'd say.
T: Grassy, some hints of hoppiness that I can't exactly place, and sweet. A bit of lingering bitterness that isn't off-putting.
F: Smooth. Not as juicy as I was expecting.
O: Another superbly interesting beer from Tired Hands. Sweet and hoppy in all the right ways. Almost a dessert beer but as an IPA.

On tap at the brewpub.

Really close to being as good as the original casked batch of CItKLP, and much better than the brewed version of that beer.

Murky, opaque, dirty yellow-orange, off-white head. In the aroma, a good dose of hops, vanilla and lime. First sip there's a little solventy booze in there, very briefly, followed by a lime IPA sensation, then the vanilla kicks in and you pretty much are left with liquid key lime pie--graham cracker crust and all--that somehow melds just right with the Simcoe hoppiness. Heavy and creamy, highly drinkable, literal dessert in a glass. Glad it's back, sad it'll soon be gone.

Smells and tastes just like it sounds. It is super sweet and juicy filled with lime and lime zest flavor followed by hints of vanilla giving it the perfect taste.
