Tart Summer Bier brewed with wheat. Hopped gently with Simcoe and Citra. Soured in the kettle then conditioned on top of nectarine purée.

This one pours a fairly hazy light straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sour peach, light lemon puree, grapefruit, fresh cut grass, tangerine, herbal tea, and pine.
This is only very lightly sour, and feels kind of just like a lightly funky IPA. There's some good fruit character here, but it doesn't feel like there's more fruit than there would be if it was just a typical juicy Tired Hands IPA.
This is juicy and clean, with a great level of drinkability, and a sharp level of carbonation.
This is pretty tasty, but it certainly feels like it could be more based on the effort put in.

Brewed and released in cans on 9/5/18. Described as a Tart Citrus & Peach IPA with a 5.5% abv. Lots of tart citrus notes with plenty of hoppy bitterness. Nicely done.

Another thanks to rudzud.
Nice foamy fluffy bubbly almost 1 finger head fades at a need pace nice messy lacing, bright but murky neon green dirty yellow thing.
Nose brings mild tartness, perhaps slightly soured mash, into big fruity nectarine and stone fruit, fleshy, tangerine citrus, into mild spicy but floral bright fresh hop, mild tropical thing, little pineapple.
Taste starts with tart fruit, sour malt and lemony note, into tropical, grassy floral hops too, nice simcoe almost grapefruit little pineapple, juicy orange tangerine and stone fleshy nectarine, mild spicy hop component, fleshy stone fruit and tropical throughout with the tart lemony, tart acidity. Sticky finish, but dry, nice mild spicy bitterness, lingering nectarine, and juicy stone fruit with tropical notes.
Mouth med bod, slightly lighter carb but decent for growler.
Overall very nice stone fruit and tropical notes mixed with tart lemony malt thing, very enjoyable. Reminds me a lot of the dry hopped sours from Grimm.

Shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a hazy green tinged straw milkshake hue with a thin one finger head that fades to leave light wisps and lacing.
S - Aromas of nice fresh Simcoe up front along with light grassy notes. The citra kind of merges with the rest of the beer. Nice light soft tartness, subtle nectarine juice. As it warms faint tropical notes of pineapple come out.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, nice grassy hops start and then it gets fruitier and fruitier. The finish is all nectarine before giving way to bitter simcoe. The hops and fruit really shine and work together very well. The nectarine flesh keeps on popping throughout. Great light sourness and tartness too.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, nice mouthfeel due to the initial crispness.
O - Overall this beer was really pleasant. The hops are just prefect with a good amount of fruit. Super harmonious, deliciously tart stone fruit beer.
