1-liter growler into a matching Tired Hands oversized wine glass. The brew appears a clouded yellow with a skimpy white head that collapses to a thin film atop. Some faint spotty and webby lacing effect sticks to the glass.

The aroma is fresh and grainy like wheat and cereal with some bready sweetness. A mild contrast of herbal to grassy hops is pretty heavy handed in this otherwise neutral smelling brew. As it warms up, sulfur emerges and becomes a noteable atribute to the aromatics which isn't totally enticing.

The taste is bready and cereal-like with grain. A soft touch of fresh grainy sweetness is present before plenty of grassy to hay-like bitter hopiness. A mild herbal flavor and a touch of lemon last into the aftertaste. There is no real saison yeast character present in this.

This is a medium to lighter bodied brew with a light amount of carbonation. It is a fair take on the style. Pretty easy drinking and crushable during the summer im sure but very neutral with seemingly no yeast impact which is strange.

This beer poured out as a hazy yellow color with a nice looking white head on top. The retention and lacing on this beer was moderate. The smell of the beer was decent, some fresh citrus notes on the nose for the most part. The taste of the beer was lemony upfront with a nice malt backbone and in the finish the hay flavors kind of came out a little. The mouthfeel of this beer was smooth, gently carbonated and easy to drink. Overall it's decent Saison in my opinion.

32 oz. growler poured into a Teku snifter.

Appearance - Clear golden orange. Small white head. No lacing and minimal wisping.

Smell - Tons of pilsner malt. Smells like a German pilsner. A little yeasty.

Taste - Hoppier here, but still a bucket of pilsner malt. Earthy hops. Earthy tasting malts. Bitter. Slightly fruity and very yeasty in the finish.

Mouthfeel - Light, medium carbonation. Very drinkable.

Overall - It's decent but the grain bill is not my favorite.

Pour is lightly hazed pale straw color with a tight white head. Nose is lightly dusty, some farmhouse notes, fair bit of fruity phenols. Lemon, candied sugar, banana. Taste is similar, thinner body and lighter carb. Less farmhouse notes, almost none. Notes of grain, Sweet phenol, banana and lemon, candied sugar but not sugary.
