On tap at Tired Hands. Pours a light orange color with a good white head and some nice sticky lacing. The nose carries really nice notes of pine and citrus, as well as some slightly-floral/perfume elements that I associate with Amarillo, yet never really know how to describe. Flavor is similar. Touch of malt in the background followed up with a really nice hop presence. Body is light-medium with a bitter, dry finish. Another winner.

First had: on tap at their brewpub

Poured a hazy golden-orange color with a half inch or so of white head; moderate retention and lacing. Expectedly hop-dominant aroma, pine and citrus, spread over biscuity malts. Flavor mirrors the smell, classic AIPA profile, pine and citrus hops in charge, biscuity malts in the background, pine needle bitterness in the finish. Crisp and drying, light-medium body, some alcohol warmth is felt, but the flavor is untarnished. Pretty nice crack at an IPA.

64oz growler personally purged and filled by Jean. Thanks! Stored in cold and darkness as promised. Light gold hazy bodied beer with a finger of slowly settling white foam and excellent lacing. Fresh hoppy nose of citrus and tropical fruits and pine. Very aromatic.

Tasty blend of grapefruit and other tropical fruit hop notes with lesser pine and floral notes. Pithy, assertive bitterness, very subdued malt backbone underneath, minimal sweetness. Booze emerges a bit more as the beer warms; was totally unnoticed on tap version. Finishes dry with a long and lingering bitterness.

Medium-full bodied with smooth, moderate carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. Great job!

House double ipa on draft at Tired Hands.

Pours a a pale, cloudy golden color with a fluffy white head. Pine forward, bitter aroma, Simcoe maybe? Very nice, medium tick, creamy body with an exceptionally dry finish. Flavor falls a little flat and one note compared to some of the other TH beers sampled at the same time, or that might just be my shock to this being the highest ABV offering. Pine and grass bitterness dominate with minimal malt sweetness.
