A floral Grisette. Golden with one finger of white fluffy head that reduces to a fine lace. Some sticky lace clings to the glass and there is a nice carbonation action.

The aroma is peachy with some sweet bready tones like a pound cake. A little floral and honey are present as well.

This is unlike anything I've had before. The taste begins with a bit of lemon citrus and then some jasmine comes in and it finishes with bananas and peach.

It has a medium body, is sessionable, and produces good fine carbonation.

First had: on tap at TH

The beer is about 8-9 months aged at this point.

Beer-tea hybrids have been popping up a lot lately it seems. I tend to like them, but generally I guess you have to be a fan of tea to appreciate the flavor in your beer, as the taste can also be an indicator of an off-flavor. As with many things, Tired Hands does a good job at it.

Hazy golden-orange pour, with a frothy cap of white head, moderate retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus and grass, light funk notes. More of this in the taste, crisp citrus, mildly funky grass, herbal tea, and a bit of soapiness that didn't really detract from the beer overall. Light body, crisp and smooth, easily drinkable.

A: Pours a yellow amber color with a finger of head. Good chunky lacing on the glass present.

S: Light Saison aroma - spices and citrus with a hint of hops.

T: Quality flavor - more farm spicing, slight sweetness from the honey, hops and sharp flavors are milder than some of their other Saisons.

M: Light and sessionable.

O: Great brew for a long haul on summer day - depth of flavor but won't set you back too much.

On tap at Tired Hands. A crisp and easy drinking little saison. Not the boldest beer Jean’s brewed, but that is as it should be with the sub-genre of the saison style. Honey-colored body with light haze, a finger of white head that settles slowly, clinging lace.

Aroma of flowers, honey, peach, tea, spices. Sweet and very intriguing. Flavor follows suit; initial honey sweetness dissipates, drying in the finish, allowing a floral hoppiness to emerge, then lovely fruit notes; peach really pops out; citrusy orange and grapefruit; subtle tea-like flavors follow.

Medium light body, crisp and clean carbonation; easy drinking, smooth overall feel. You could put back a ton of this stuff on a hot summer afternoon.
