From a 1L Tired Hands growler, 24hrs after getting it filled.
Appearance: Vibrant cloudy yellow with a thin pure white head.
Nose: Very delicate. A hint of melon, a bit of pineapple, some sour lemon, flaky croissant.
Taste: Refreshing hits of citrus and pineapple followed by the delicate tropical fruit and floral notes from the Galaxy hops. The rye provides a light spice and bready backbone. There's just a hint of something funky from the brett hovering over everything. It's refreshing and very drinkable.
Mouthfeel: Nice for the style, fits the delicateness of the beer well. Could be a bit more on the bubbly side.
Overall: I enjoyed this one better than the Entropic (cascade hops). The galaxy hops provide flavors and aromas that really work harmoniously with the brett strain used.
Serving type: growler
