On Tap at the brew cafe in Ardmore.
Bokonon has a nice shoe polish brown shaded look to it with a nice inch of tannish foam sitting up top leaving some nice patterns on the glass. Healthy looking beer with head retention, the liquid does not look as 'loose' as other browns i've seen. The smell on this is malt forward, a nice amount of toffee, hit off with some rye bread, a touch of cherry and some nice fresh hops from I believe is Chinook and Simcoe. Taste steps things up, this one is packed with flavor. A hoppy brown, yet the brown malty base is just as tasty, the hops are just the sugar on top. Oat, rye, toffee, doused with fresh hops, a nice mix, 50/50. The body is firm and medium, smooth and just a delight. Not being a fan of browns I found this one to be top notch.
