32 oz growler, filled 2 days ago at the TH cafe, poured into a tulip glass.
A- Pours a hazy, pale golden yellow color, topped with an inch of white head, leaves nice lacing.
S- Bread, citrus, some peppery spice, grass and straw. Smells very nice.
T- Blend of fruit, mostly citrus but also some tropical/pineapple, also lots of black pepper, along with hay and leafy hops. The funkiness is very light and earthy. Finishes slightly bitter.
M- Medium-bodied, smooth, creamy feel, very dry.
O- This is a really awesome saison and one of the better beers I've tried from TH so far.

First had: on tap at TH
Cloudy, straw-yellow pour, with a large cottony white head that retained well and left doily patterns of lacing on the glass. Aroma of lemon zest, fresh cut grass, toasted wheat. Taste was crisp and grassy, wet hay with a mild funk, essence of lemon zest and honeysuckle, mellow toasted grains, some peppery spice. Crisp and clean mouthfeel, light-medium body, with a definite creaminess probably derived from the oat component. Great beer to usher in summertime.
