Brewed with oats and PA wildflower honey and hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, and a bit of Simcoe.

Awesome brew! Wishing it was available on a more regular basis.

Poured into a chilled Guinness tulip style glass. Head was mildly frothy about 3/4 inch high. Picked up a noticeable honey bouquet immediately. The color was cloudy orange-yellow. The first sip was very pleasant, clean and crisp as others have described. Moderate hops, slightly smooth and not typical of the IPAs I have had with lots of citruses, pine and sour. Purposely slowly sipped and savored the glass over about 45 minutes and found it to be an excellent brew, now one of my favorites especially since I live about 30 minutes from Tired Hands. Have yet to go to the brewery but will now do so in the next week. I rank this as one of the best IPAs I have had as a moderately experienced beer drinker.
