On tap at Tired Hands.
Pour: bright, hazy yellow with two fingers of creamy white head. Lots of thick lacing throughout the glass.
Smell: lots of grapefruit and lemon up from. Some pine, and a light grass. A tough of oats and raw dough.
Taste: big burst of grapefruit, mango, and melon up front, followed by some pine and lemon zest. A lightly doughy malt profile, but only just. Finishes mildly bitter with grapefruit zest and a light pine.
Mouthfeel: really very drinkable. Refreshingly bitter.
Overall: a very impressive IPA from Jean and company. My favorite IPA with mosaic yet.
Serving type: on-tap

Growler is one day old. Tulip glass.
A: Pours a hazy straw color with a half finger of bright white head, quickly receding to a collar. No lacing to speak of and so-so retention.
S: Floral notes, honey, and citrus (orange and pink grapefruit).
T: Grapefruit, honey which imparts a slight floral note with a touch its sweetness covering any bitterness you might expect from the hops, finishing off dry.
M: Soft, medium-light body and carbonation.
O: Superb drinkability, almost ethereal, with delicious but delicate hop flavors. The kind of beer you can down by the liter. Reminds me of something you'd find from Alpine (maybe its the honey note).
Serving type: growler
