On-tap Saturday 7/6. Had a glass right at noon before the serving tank issues required them to dump the entire batch.

A: Hazy golden orange colored body with a small bright white head. Lacing was really good as well as the retention throughout the drink.

S: Huge pineapple notes, citrus, pale malt, some bitter grassy hops are in the background too.

T: Amazing amounts of pineapple in this beer. Big and juicy, plenty of surrounding citrus on the palate. It's a bit bitter towards the back end but, in classic fashion, the sweetness of this DIPA keeps everything in check.

M: Light, soft carbonation. Creamy and smooth. Residual sweetness and slight bitterness left behind.

I haven't tried Mago Tago but this was probably the best DIPA I've had from these guys so far. Fortunately they're brewing this again, let's just hope it comes out as good as this batch was.

Best Tired Hands offering I've ever had. Big, big, big thanks to Annie who dropped this off to me in Stowe, VT yesterday (growler filled on Wednesday!) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Pineapple! Amazing! I may be moving to Philly soon! Ha!

32 oz growler filled at the 1/30.

pours like all hell. this thing has been sitting in my fridge for two weeks still as can be, and none of this haze precipitated out. gotta dock points for that in my opinion. the aroma is loaded with piney, earthy hop tones. some citrus too. reminds me of a creamsicle. bright citrus hop flavor up front. mostly oranges. a little bit of malt sweetness for balance. bitterness is present, but welcomed. gives a little bit of bite on the finish that I appreciate. drinks like water. great hop flavor and aroma. good beer, just could use a little refinement.
