From 11/09/13 notes. On tap at tbe brewery, followed by a growler of it later on that night. Really liked this one.
a - Pours a somewhat clear golden-yellow color with one inch of bright white head and low carbonation evident.
s - Smells of citrus hops, tropical fruits, mangos, pineapples, lemon zest, floral hops, grapefruit juice, and fruity malts. Really nice nose, lots of fruit and fresh hops to it.
t - Tastes of mangos, floral hops, tropical fruits, fruit malts, and light citrus. More mango and tropical fruit than the nose, think I like it a little bit better.
m - Medium body and low carbonation. Extremely smooth and creamy, and very drinkable. Amazing mouthfeel and drinkability.
o - Overall a really good IPA; reminds me a little bit of their Mago Tago, though not quite there in terms of the amount of tropical fruits. Very drinkable, hoping this becomes a staple there.
Serving type: on-tap
