First had: on tap at TH
Crystal clear (a rare event for TH), golden-yellow pour, topped with a cap of white sea foam that lasted and laced the glass well. Aroma of intense Citra ammonia quickly shifts to fresh citrus, with tropical and herbal notes. Crisp, clean, fresh, in the nose and in the taste. All the hoppy greatness of the aroma was presented on the palate, citrus, pineapple, earthy and herbal notes, ammonia, no hop really fully taking dominance, all backed up by a mellow toasted wheat profile. Crisp, clean mouthfeel, medium body, highly drinkable and obviously growler-worthy.
They listed this as part of "continuing our quest for the perfect IPA…" A valiant attempt, but if anything, they came the closest to this goal with St. Oner. However, Kickphone iFlip definitely flew under the radar and is one of the best IPAs TH has made.

Pour is golden yellow with a tight white head. The nose is juicy hop, floral and dank. Strong pine and resin hop. Taste has a nice grain bill, a bit of doughy malt, clean and well attenuated. Hops are strong, resin and dank hops, pine with sticky tropical fruit and a nice carbonation. Light body and fairly dry finish.

I enjoyed this from the growler in a can shaped glass -thanks to tenderbranson69 for sharing this with me.
from the tired hands website: " IPA. 5.5% Brewed with wheat. Hopped intensely with Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Continuing our quest for the perfect IPA…."
The color is golden straw with light haze and 2 fingers of thick white cream crown the liquid with thick film of lace sticking and very fine bead with fast rising bubbles of carbonation visible. The smell is an array of very aromatic hop odors with mostly simcoe evident in the nose with some herbal citrus and grapefruit but also mild pineapple and slight orange rind in the scent. The feel is very good with tangy and juicy hop textures that coat the mouth with the oils from the hop but the carbonation is semi high and the finish is dry with mild bitterness hanging on after the beer is swallowed with mild astringency.
The flavor is great with hops taking center stage in the taste with lots of herbal and tropical fruit taste with some citrus and grapefruit juiciness but a very mild wheat flavor comes through with light sweetness to augment the mild yeasty tang. There is a mild bitter herbal flavor and spice tinge probably from the blend of high alpha hops, but simcoe is pretty dominant with low cattiness in the taste. Overall this was a very flavorful wheat beer, they didn't scrimp on hops in it that is for sure.
