Located right along the "Main Line", very close to Villanova University.

It is a bit crazy to me that Tired Hands is not too far ahead of 1 year in business. Already, they have accomplished much and certainly captured the attention of not only Philly area craft beer drinkers, but the Northeast and in some cases, the rest of the country.

Upon visiting them a couple times, I would say this is merited. The building is very nice, both the outside and inside, are very much welcoming. Inside, there is a good sized bar, as well as a handful of tables, and some more tables on second floor as well. The beer is quite good, from FarmHands to Nigel to Only Void, they do a fantastic job with the different styles they put out. And it served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their food, as a plus, is locally sourced and tasty !

After hearing so much about Tired Hands, I couldn't wait to check it out now that I live in Philadelphia. So there we went, to an odd location in a kind of dead part of town in the suburb of Ardmore.

Tired Hands is a small warm place, reminds me of Earth Bread in Germantown. They had 8 beers on tap when I visited, including Single Hop Saison Cascade, Yeast and Cats, Hop Hands and Can’t Keep Up 9.

The joint is quiet, chill and off-beat, with a nice indie vibe that makes it stand out from the average brewpub. I’m sure it gets busy, but not on a Sunday afternoon when we visited.

I was drooling looking at the open kitchen behind the bar- the food menu is short but enticing, will have to come back and try it out. The paninis look particularly great, on homemade bread.

Beers are served in 3 sizes: 4/8/16 oz, and range between two and seven dollars. I wasn't wowed by any of them, considering the hype, but they sure are nice and "different".

The beer was superb, the food was delicious, and the noise level was perfect to have a conversation on a Saturday night.

Try the whiskey pickles!

Tired Hands brews some fantastic and strange beers. Every time I go, there's an almost entirely new tap list, which is awesome. I rarely have something I don't enjoy here. Food is quite good too, although their menu is rather limited. Keep up the good work TH!

Not being partial, as I'm from the area and make at least two visits a month, but this place is amazing and should not be missed - especially for the IPA/DIPA and saison fanatics. The consistently rotating tap menu is very unique, and the flavor combos they have come up with are great. In my opinion, Tired Hands is as good as it gets in Pennsylvania and are hands down the best brewer in the state. The food menu is OK and fairly narrow, as they do not have a real kitchen (yet) and everything is made behind the bar. But who are we kidding? No one comes here for the food. If you're in the area, stop by for some amazing beer.

A place that beats the hype. Outstanding beers. Really distinguished base beers e.g. Hophands (probably most enjoyable American pale ale I have ever had) and their imaginative and highly flavorful variations. Every beer is superbly crafted and some of the very best looking pours you will ever see. Beers are bursting with gentleness. Incredibly delicate carbonation with full head and lacing, I mean here is where the word "craft" is truly indicative of the care and thoughtfulness of the brewer...and honored by the team that pours and explains each beer. The setting is in a crowded old world Philly suburban village, but inside you are transported to a small continental brasserie or gasthaus like setting. Vibrant. Lots of lively lots of cordial people sharing beers and sharing stories. The team never takes a break as beer is poured without stop, and awesome creative terroir food prepared non-stop. The beer is great; the food is great; the customers are great and the Tired Hands team is absolutely first class.
A small diversion off of I-476 that should not be missed.

Atmosphere: a nice little spot with a cozy and well decorated interior. Certainly a slightly hipster aspect to it, and a heavy use of everything fresh, local and green. Not the most unique of motto and set up today, but they certainly do it well and with a high standard of quality

Selection and Quality: not the longest row of taps or the widest variety of styles but they certainly brew some good beers. Their saisons are well brewed and tasty as are the IPAs. A constantly rotating of small batches is enough to keep it interesting, especially since that rotation is up near the 300 mark of beers.

Food: Not a huge menu again but remains very seasonal and tasty.

Overall: A cool little place just off the Villanova campus. Great beers and food. worthwhile to a wide variety of people from hipsters to beer nerds
