pours a crystal clear rich straw color with a sizable tight white head that has great retention and leaves moderate lacings.
aroma is of faint floral hops and some lager yeast. some pale malt notes are present as well, all rather faint in the nose.
taste is more of the same with a distinct floral character with some lager yeast in the background. very crisp and fresh in profile with a bland back end and a crisp finish of little to no residual notes. lightly dry after the fact.
mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with a finish of little more than residual mild dryness.
drinkability is great. a light lager with a solid freshness and a profile that is pleasant on the palate. for a brew this light, the profile is pretty well put together, though the rice added does apparently little to the finished product. otherwise this is a solid light lager. cheers!

Appearance- Poured from 355 ml bottle brewed by Coopers Brewery Australia under supervision of Sapporo. No best before date. Pours straw yellow with small quickly dissipating head. Moderate carbonation, no lacing left on the glass.
Smell- Some sweetness like honey on the nose but can't smell much else.
Taste- Sweetness up front with a little bitterness arriving quickly from the hops, dry finish.
Mouthfeel- Medium mouthfeel, not to thin.
Overall- Would be refreshing on a hot summers day or would pair well with a hot curry but an unspectacular lager.

I bought this ber as part of a make your own six pack. Total drain pour. No flavor what so ever. I've only said this about one other beer, but the only word I can use to describe it is YUCK!!! I will never make the mistake of putting this in my mouth again!
