Poured a light and fizzy yellow, with a dense head of white foam that reduced to a nice lace of bubbles around the perimeter of the glass.
Aroma is beer like, with the teeniest essence of hops.
Slight bitterness, along with a marginally malt flavor. Very light in body. Almost like drinking water.
This beer went well with my sushi. It absolutely compliments the food I was eating it with. Very basic flavors. It would also go well with a hot summer day. Overall, an okay beer, not the best lager I ever had, but clean, crisp, dry and light.

Appearance- Poured from 355 ml bottle brewed by Coopers Brewery Australia under supervision of Sapporo. No best before date. Pours straw yellow with small quickly dissipating head. Moderate carbonation, no lacing left on the glass.
Smell- Some sweetness like honey on the nose but can't smell much else.
Taste- Sweetness up front with a little bitterness arriving quickly from the hops, dry finish.
Mouthfeel- Medium mouthfeel, not to thin.
Overall- Would be refreshing on a hot summers day or would pair well with a hot curry but an unspectacular lager.
