The Little Brother is our biggest and most bitter double IPA. Brewed with loads of Citra hops and a just hint of Simcoe. This beer is named after our owner Tyler's little brother who, despite the title, is the biggest in the family.

Fantastic double IPA. Beautiful hazy orange color. Nice strong citrusy aroma. Goes down very smooth.

This hazy tan beer is a double IPA that comes with a dry mouthfeel and a taste of some dank hops. It is juicier than most beers of its kind, and it leaves with the memory of apples and grapes, even if that is mostly on the aftertaste.

My 1st taste of a Brewmaster Jack product, Purchased a single 16 oz can dated 4/16/18. I didn't look at the reviews until I tasted and went to rate. Everyone below is right on with the summations. Great combination of flavors and tastes. Very smooth sipping IIPA. The IBU is rated high but not overpowering and in the way.The bitterness was on the top my tongue but not overpowering. Not bad "Little Brother", when I see you again we'll party. :)

Hazy peach colored body; thick, foamy white head. Fruity aroma of orange and grapefruit. Light bready base with a dry tartness and lighter citrus fruit taste; some alcohol. Heavy body yet rather soft and feathery; dry.
Perhaps this beer is past its prime. It certainly presents a strong, dry hoppiness and a rather boozy quality, but the malt character, for balance, just isn't there. Drinkable but wouldn't be a go-to unless a fresher version provides better depth and balance.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a dark moldy orange/copper color with a finger's worth of a white foamy head. Slight lace ran here and there.
The aroma had a nice blend of sharp pine and grapefruit rind. With a little bit of warming, the sweet side of the grapefruit came out, semi-pulpy but restrained a bit.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a little bit of hope spice kicking at the noticeable grapefruit rind. Pure and full with a chilled grapefruity sweetness in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a substantially keen sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt as the norm for a New England styled DIPA, low but I'm not bothered by this, just something one gets used to after a while (they're all doing it these days).
Overall, while some Brewmaster Jack beers can be hit or miss, this one has never actually missed it for me. This one is probably one of their best beers to date and am proud to say: I'd be happy to continue drinking more of this.

Canned on 4/18/18
Pours a hazy dark orange carrying a short, off-white head.
Aroma of muted, but discernible notes of dank grapefruit and pine; definitely hints of an oncoming booze bite.
I'm tasting a boozy and raw balance of malt and hops; maintains a citrusy undertone that has it drinking like a malty Screwdriver with a bite leaving a lasting impression on the finish.
Feels relatively thin, but unexpectedly smooth overall.
'Disjointed' may be the best way to describe this one; its base notes are solid, but are kept from shining through by the imbalance and raw booziness.
