16oz can poured into a pint glass.
A: Tawny colored. Good clarity initially (the can had time to sit and settle in the fridge), but when the dregs were poured it added a deep haze. Fine-bubbled and creamy head retains very well. Gobs of chunky lacing.
S: Mango, melon rind, chopped pineapple, grass and pine, underlying grainy whiffs.
T: Pineapple juice. Hints of melon rind and kiwi. Grassy. Soft earth and pine hop notes underneath as well. Tropical and exotic. Very mild bitterness. Flash of bubble gum. Grainy and toasty malt base. Trailing grass and melon rind hop finish.
M: medium bodied. Round, creamy, and fluffy feel. Ample carbonation scrubs around the tongue.
O: Well done. It's in that 'New England IPA' vein. Hazy, dry hopped with geeky strains like galaxy and mosaic, full and fluffy texture. Pineapple worked well too. It became a quick fan favorite in the area.

Thanks for the cans in return for some blue cheese Emma.
A- The tall can drops a mostly clear golden brew into my tulip. On top of the beer a frothy head forms to half an inch high falling slowly to a wide belt at the edges. Thick pillows of lace coat the first half of the empty glass.
S- Citrus hops meet juicy tropical fruits to make a fairly pungent, hop forward aroma. Specific things that come to mind are tangerine, pineapple, mango, orange and passionfruit. Just basal pale grains and yeast hints beyond that.
T- For me the added pineapple doesn't come out as obvious but it works to accentuate a general fresh fruity feel to the brew which pairs perfectly with the mango, melon, tangerine, orange, grapefruit, passionfruit, floral, dank herbal and slight pine hop profile.
MF- Puffy and fluffy texture to the medium overall body. High end carbonation acts to bring on this consistency, add crispness and smooth everything out including the grapefruit pith bitterness in the finish.
The best Brewmaster Jack beer since the great batches of Hoppiness is a Warm Pun that were floating around a while back. Brewmaster Jack is certainly up there on my list of several local breweries I would love to see expand their presence and become even more of a staple in the area.

Poured from a can picked up at the brewery 2 days ago, into an imperial pint glass.
A - Light in color, with a slight copper tinge, carbonation is steady and orderly. a bright white cap and
French lacing sets the table.
S - Citrus, pineapple, sweet malts.
T - Very much follows the nose, lots of tropical tanginess, hint of spruce tip. A very nice flavor banquet.
F - Medium in body, clean and surprisingly crisp, the carbonation is spot on.
O - A very nice offering, super drinkable and quite a bouquet.
Cheers

Had this at the Worthy Brew Fest in Springfield. Its a collaboration beer with Abandoned Building Brewery, so it was served in the AB tent. The beer had a pale yellow appearance with a very, very sharp citrus aroma. When I tasted the beer, I tasted an almost tangy lemon hint to an overall citrus flavored drink. During the hot day, this beer was crisp and refreshing to the palate. Overall, I thought it was a great collaborative beer. that had excellent aromas
