A- 12oz bottle poured to a pint glass with a mid-amber body. A white head rises up to about one finger with a frothy-foamy texture. Head retention is decent as a medium ring remains after the cap falls. Spotty, minimal lacing.

S- Biscuit, toasted and cracked grainy malts account for much of the aroma. Light lager yeast tones as well as light fruit and a hint of Noble hops.

T- Gains a fair amount of new character here as the hops and yeast seem to open up. Malts still a large player with biscuit, toasted Pilsner, grainy and slight caramel notes. Balancing that out are notes of cooking herbs, lemon zest, spicy and grassy hops, pale fruits and yeast spice.

MF- Body is fairly dry but does not lack substance. The texture is both creamy and foamy but not fizzy as the high end carbonation soothes the palate. Slight bitterness in the end.

On the surface it might feel a bit simple at first but each sip brings on more and more unique flavors. A great body for 4.5% and certainly flavorful.

I do enjoy a nice well done lager.

Pours a nice looking slight creamy fizzy almost 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, little lacing, very clear honey orange tan color.

Nose decent lager aromas, little sweetness with a touch of a honey malt character, hint of toasty pilsner malt notes, touch of cracker sweetness, as well as some mild grassy slight herbal hops, a little cut grass, touch herbal U.K. like hops, and a touch of a candy like toasty reddish malt. The more it warms a touch of minerality and a faint touch of a possible sulfur note.

Taste starts with more malts, a toasty pilsner malt note, grainy and mild crackery, little sweetness, hint of toasty reddish malt as well. Then into hops, grassy and herbal again, little fresh cut grass, herbal tea notes, etc. Then as it goes a little minerality comes through, and very very faint sulfury note I think, but that could be the combination of the hops and minerals. Mild honey malt sweetness I think, with a little lager softness but not a lot of crispness. Finish is dry but not that dry, little sticky note, bit more bitterness but never really gets very bitter, touch of almost spicy like hop eventually.

Mouth is med to lighter bod, nice carb, little lager softness and touch crisp.

Overall not bad, hard to really do a lager well, every single thing shows through. This is pretty well done, a touch of minerality that seems to lead to a very faint sulfur, hops are OK but not my fav style, nice bitterness, could have been a bit more crisp as well, but still pretty nice and drinkable.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

A- Pours a clear, amber body with a 2 finger white head that reduces to a layer of foam. Some lacing.

S- Smells raw, bready, spices, some fruity banana, crisp and citrus.

T- A fruity/spiciness upfront, banana, citrus, and cloves/cinnamon almost like a hefeweizen. This is followed by a bready, biscuity malt flavor. Some hop balance.

M- Crisp, light, refreshing. would be an awesome summer beer.

This is an excellently executed lager.. Crisp and tasty, easy to drink. Recommendable.
