This Belgian Style IPA is brewed with Belgian malt and Sorachi Ace, Magnum & Warrior bittering hops, and a late dose of Zythos hops. 50-50 Belgian and domestic yeast. Although, sometimes the brewer changes up the hops.
Pours vivacious and foamy from growler into Relic pint glass. Clear golden color with giant white head. It's been unopened in my fridge for about one month, and it held up well.
Aroma is wicked strong. The hops dominate with an herbaceous, flowery, and citrus nose. Yet dank and musty at the same time.
Taste is full of assertive, bitter hops. Again, dank, musty, herbal, woodsy flavors come through with force. Over the top, really. Mouthfeel is dry, yet full. Lots to take in here. If you are a fan of ultra bitter beers with a complex aroma and bitterness on the palete, then this is your beer. A real palete annihilator!
UPDATE: Drank half the growler in fist sitting. Then capped it tight and put back in fridge. Finished it 3 nights later, and it was still just as good! Plenty of foam, and no sign of oxidation.

A solid rusty amber colored brew with a pretty solid white head and generous lacing. The aroma is full of delicate clove and sweet bubblegum-evergreen hop. Really delectable. The flavor brings in a polite dose of grass smartly blended with all the same ideas as the nose communicated. I am generally not a fan of grassy flavors but I am loving this mix with the bubble gum clove sweetness. It's medium bodied with a smooth feel that carries a fair sudsy-ness with full but tasteful carbonation. Love this stuff, could easily be a regular item for me!

Pours a hazy golden orange with a head that leaves plenty of lacing. Nose is clove, mint and banana bread. Taste is bright almost apple up front, followed by a wash of peppery hop bitterness. Perfect heavy mouthfeel with a dry finish completes this top notch brew
