The appearance is golden with an adequate cream-colored head. The smell is very suttle, a hint of malts & toasty. It tastes bitter with a hint of wheat. Not much aftertaste. Mouthfeel is crisp, clean, & just a little acidic. Drinkability is just average because although it is rather smooth, there's not much taste or smell.

Mild and fresh as advertised. Poured from flip top bottle. Nice clear gold pour, mild to mid carbonation. Not a whole lot on nose, some malt. Sweet and mild in mouth, crisp enough if a tad unbalanced. More sweet than bitter. Decent.

330 ml brown swingtop bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger - for the target group who otherwise would drink Amstel Pulse, Corona or Budweiser. ABV is 4.8%. Very pale yellow colour, large white head. Fairly strong sweetish aroma with grassy notes, hints of artificial candy. Soft and bland flavour, a little malty sweetness, hardly any bitterness at all. No offensive side flavours though, if that can make anyone happy.

Stamped on back label “08.03.21 L 110 207”. Served at 37.9 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Opened with a sharp “POP”. Final temperature 49.6 degrees.
Appearance – 3.
First pour – Pale Straw (SRM 2), clear.
Body – Pale Gold (SRM 4), clear. When rear-lite, same.

Lacing – None.
Aroma – 3.25 – Weak malt and light floral hops, no yeast.
Flavor – 3.25 – Follows nose - no yeast. Maybe a slightly appley note. No ethanol (4.8 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No gastric warming occurs. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 3 – Thin, watery, soft but lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.25 A passable lager.

300ml snap top bottle into a 12oz glass. Date of 12/3/21. Whether this is European bottled on or American best buy, I can't tell. Could be 7 months old.

Looks very nice in the glass. Clear glassy golden yellow body. Solid white head shrinks to a fat collar and covering. Scattered lacing.

Light aroma, pilsner malts.

On tasting, initially sweet, but then a rather unpleasant dry bitterness fills the mouth.

Mouth medium, finish a lasting off putting bitterness.

Overall, started out okay, but the finish spoiled the entire drink.

Pours a clear pale gold producing 3+ fingers of foamy, white, somewhat lasting streaks head that leaves nice streaks and strings of lace as it recedes. Aroma is biscuit/cracker, grass and aromatic hop hints with a faint underlying fruitiness. Taste is biscuit, bread and grass with a hint of honey and an underlying fruitiness. Low-level bitterness in the finish. The bitterness totally disappears in the short-lived fruity, bready aftertaste. Balanced and dry. Mouthfeel is thin pushing towards medium bodied with moderate carbonation; smooth and very clean. Crisp and drinkable It's very sessionable but not very flavorful. A slight disappointment after trying some of their other beers.

Poured from the bottle into a Libbey style pilsner glass.

Beaming light copper and dark brass amber body color, with excellent clarity. Quite a good forming and better than average head too to go along with it. Thick and rocky bright white at easy three fingers tall, with sheets and touches of light scattered lacing all over.

Real nice nose too. Soft malts, a touch of caramel sweetness and sticky yeast on the aroma. Mellow herbal hop just a touch, lacks a little bit of classic bready aromas though. Otherwise solid and inviting.

Palate is a bit of a shocker. Quite a bit of a light body here, but exceptional wet and water mouthfeel. This really shows up in the palate. Light airy and faint flour notes with virtually no backbone on the tongue. Faint touches of light caramel and dry grain, but with a wet cracker almost cardboard like character. Dull. Non existent hop finish, with just not much of anything to remark on in the aftertaste.

This seemed at first like a great solid beer, but it really got disappointing.

330ml brown glass bottle with swing cap.
Clear, very pale yellow/gold with no visible carbonation and a thick head that leaves lots of lacing. Smells of pale malt & light grain. Tastes moderately malty with noble hops but the lingering hint of vegetal, sulfur-compounds in the background is off-putting. Smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Overall, a lower-ranked, German macro.

The pour is golden yellow & the carbonation is a little mellow for the style. The taste is a little malty, herbal, dry, with a fresh cut grass note on the back-end. Cheers! B-
