The white is a bit too foggy for a white. The mouthfeel is off, chalky, thick, with only a slightly dry feel and taste. It smells wonderful and sweet. The overall taste reminds me of an underdeveloped home brew.

Gold in color with a light sedimentary haze. There’s s fingernail of off white on top. The aroma is of pale wheat and coriander. I’m tasting predominantly pale wheat with just a touch of coriander. The mouth is light and crisp.

I'm not sure this one is really what it thinks it is. It's too dark in color to really be a white just based on appearance, but it's not spiced and flavored like many white or witbiers are. It's kind of a tweener to me. Their whole thing with this beer is that it doesn't have the typical spices that its siblings do, but that means it was kind of blah to me. I recently had another of their beers (Farm House) and liked it a lot more than this one.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Rooster's True Pint glass a very nice slightly cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, slight hop note, some banana/coriander, spices. The taste is very nice malty, yeasty, slightly hoppy, very nice banana/coriander/spice notes. Medium body. Overall, this is a very nice brew.
