Draft at CAUTION:West. Nice pale golden body with small head, lots of lacing. Mild aroma, leads into sicy, savory taste. Asian lean to this, but tasty.

my first brew from the relatively new caution operation. on tap at bike café. the pour is really light and sunny, pale yellowy with an inch of bone white head. there is quite a bit of active carbonation spouting off big bubbles that race to the surface. the nose is light and intriguing, there is some fruit in here for sure, and maybe some wheat malt too. the flavor is very spring time, lots of flowery essence, not lavender, its not that potent, but its something like that. there is also a little vanilla and come citrus, lemongrassy and really clean in the finish. ultra light and drinkable, this is a perfect lager for spring. ive finally found an interesting lager! the yeast is light but present, and the mouthfeel is great with its light but sedimented body and robust carbonation. a delicious introduction to caution brewing, and now I am excited to get myself there and try some of their other offerings. if you are a lager person, this is one to seek out.
