Absolutely love this brewery. The atmosphere was great, relaxed and open. The selection was carried and week crafted. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Will visit again!

This is a really small and modest place. Don't expect anything flashy or high-tech. Went with a couple of friends (all of our first time). We weren't displeased or extremely impressed. I got the flight (I believe there were 8 beers) and a few were decent and the others seemed a bit weak or off when it came to style vs. flavor. It's an ok place that proves you don't have to be huge and flashy to serve beer. There was an interesting cuban food truck outside that smelled amazing, but we only went to try some brew. I won't hurry back, but wouldn't be opposed to going back and trying some more brews.

One tip I would have for the brewer is, since there were 3-4 Belgian beers on tap, is to climate control a couple of your fermenters. Belgian beers usually benefit from higher fermenting temps while lighter beers (Kolsches, Light Ales, Lagers) benefit from cooler than room temperature fermentation. I saw 8 fermenters all in the same room. I'm not knocking them, but I think flavors could be more on target with their perspective styles.

The servers were great and friendly. Give them a try for yourselves!

Great Storm is a really great little place. I fill growlers there frequently, and I also go in there and finish a work day on my laptop occasionally. The servers consistently greet me and offer a drink immediately upon coming in. The Seven Wolves IPA is really wonderful, and the Rum raisin stout is out of this world, especially on nitro. Their beer selection is usually about 7-8 different beers, but I can honestly say I have not had something that I would genuinely recommend to a friend and drink again eagerly.

The place is small, but there is plenty of seating. They also have a shelf full of great board games. It is a great place to kill some hours with some friends.

They don't serve food, but they do offer each customer a can of pretzels. They also have a deal with Domino's next door and will have food trucks on-site as well. The food trucks generally have great food and will often set up just a few steps from the brewery door.

I highly recommend this place!

I've been visiting Great Storm since they opened about 3 years ago. I have seen a steady improvement in quality and consistency over that time.

My absolute favorite brew is the Shine On Belgian Golden ale. It's a robust beer at over 8% so it is a slow sipping beer, which is perfect for a beer with such deep, complex flavors. It is brewed with oak and oatmeal. I'm not sure if these are traditional ingredients for the style, but this is why i like this place so much, they don't limit their imagination by adhering to the style guidelines.

I also like that they always have something new and different to try. These are always interesting. I loved the white stout they had in the winter.

Great Storm Brewing is a small yet comfortable place. Their focus is on beers with no food service (other than pretzels) although various mobile food services are available throughout the week (we enjoyed Greek gyros during our Saturday night visit).

The beer selection is small but varied with the quality of the beers generally good or better.

The staff is quick, efficient, and fairly knowledgeable about their brews. They're friendly and helpful, especially if you are unfamiliar with the styles being offered.

The interior is a metal-industrial feel. Outdoor seating is available.

All in all, a great little place to enjoy some unique craft brews.

Stopped for a flight on a Saturday. Beers were somewhat thin, one of my pet peeves, sorry. In an older building which on a particular night would have a nice pub feel. I understand this place is relatively new. Might have to reinvestigate later.

Nice little brewhouse. Very spartan, but always tasty beers on tap. No food in-house, but they have arranged for several food trucks to be on-site many evenings. There's also a Domino's next door. The beers are good too great, loved their Rum Raisin Stout and the Seven Wolves IPA is pretty good too. Definitely worth checking out!

really cool new place has been in business since march of last year. a definite must stop when doing the Colorado springs brewery circuit. its a small place in an industrial part of town just off the beaten path. exposed steel, and mod high tops are the décor, and a big blackboard spells out the beers on, maybe eight or so. a modest one barrel brewing system and eight or ten little conical fermenters are there, giving it a working atmosphere, and there are some lazy folks playing board games sharing laughs. great vibe. beers were all interesting, some were sensational, including the seven wolves ipa on nitro. no food was available, except much appreciated pretzel rods on each table. prices were fair and the service was friendly. I look forward to pretty big things from these guys, they seem to have the quality aspect dialed in pretty well, a affection for local ingredients, and a way with hops. I will absolutely be back, we had a fantastic time here. outside seating too, which is always nice!
