This is an interesting and creative take on the typical hefeweizen, utilizing rose petals in the process for added flavor appeal. Had to try it, and glad I did!

Appears a pale, light golden complexion in the Tin Man snifter, with fair lace present. Nice white head.

Nose a bit spicy, grainy...slightly floral. Interesting and certainly not bad.

Taste spicy sweet, but balanced. Clove and bubblegum and a touch of the floral tingles the palate. Rose petals hinted at...A solid and unique, yet light and refreshing session hefeweizen. (536 characters)

16 ounce can, bottom is stamped "Pull by 11/10/2015". Served in a weizen glass, the beer pours a hazy light gold color with about a couple inch frothy white head. Head retention is good, and there's a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like wheat/grainy malt, clove, bubblegum and some floralness. I think the taste is pretty much the same as the aroma, it's all wheat/graininess, clove, bubblegum, rose/floralness, and a bit of peppery spice. The addition of the rose oil puts an interesting twist to this brew. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's easy to drink with moderate carbonation. I thought it was nice and refreshing, I'd like to try it again sometime in the future. (705 characters)

This isn't a hefe... it's a kristallweizen. I believe brewed with rosemary or something.

Very light and easy to drink. Bready and biscuity. Clean. Has a little herb/spice flavor in it. (185 characters)
