Clearish golden colour with a creamy, white head. Good head retention.

Orange and chilli aroma. Really intriguing. Some malt. Nice.

Sweet malt and plenty of bitterness. Nice orange hop notes. Lacking a deep hop flavour.

Medium body with moderate carbonation. Fine.

A good IPA. A little unbalanced but it works reasonably well.

On tap at the 2014 Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest held at the Paso Robles Event Center in Paso Robles, CA.

Pours a hazy orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus zest, and herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and grapefruit juice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

Pours a cloudy orange/golden syrup. Nice head and lacing.

Nose has the malt a little forward. But fairly close to it is a nice fruit salad of hops- pineapple, passionfruit, rockmelon. Nice hop flavours but not as forward as I'd prefer- a little subtle.

Taste is a nice, light combination of oranges and the aforementioned tropical fruits. Not too bitter really. Extremely drinkable.

Mouthfeel has little sweetness detectable and a nice but not huge bitterness and little resin.

Drinks easier than 8% ABV. Nice hop flavours but they're not as forward as I like. Very balanced and drinkable but lacks punch. Like Racer 5 ("balanced") but better.

Pours dark amber with a fading head.
Nose shows rich sweet syrupy malt along with resionous and fruity hops. Marmalade, peach and plum. Nice
Very aggressive flavours. Piny and resinous hops dominate along with a massive bitterness. Lots of malt too, but the bitterness wins out for sure.
Carbonation could be a bit higher.

On tap at the Norfolk in Fremantle.

A - pours a mango colour, murky with a dense creamy white head, great retention and big sloppy shoelaces of lacing.

S - nice soft fruity hop bouquet, peach, pineapple and citrus.

T - hop forward yet not a big bitter bomb by any means. White peach is prominent, very tropical and extremely sessionable.

M - medium bodied, carbonation level is right on, juicy.

O - good stuff, definately worth a try if you get the chance.
