On tap at the brewpub, served in a mini-nonic pint.
Light amber color, a bit darker than most blonde ales. A thin froth on top and a cluster of bubbles to one side. There was a broken skim on the surface, and a ring at the edges.
Smell was light, somewhat bready with a lemony note.
Flavor was similar, a light dry bitterness with a lemony, grassy hop note that was subtle. Body was slightly more hefty, with a slight malt sweetness at first. Clean and easy drinking, a solid first attempt from a new brewery with a homebrewing background.
Serving type: on-tap
