Amber copper color with a thick off-white head with medium retention and leaving some laces.
Light aroma of caramel malt, bread and spices.
Flavor of slightly toasted malts, caramel, earthy and floral hops, spices, a mild citrusy and wood.
Light body with good carbonation.
This is definitely better than their Pilsner versions. It is a refreshing and flavorful Vienna, and even so with a higher drinkability and balance than the others.
Faithful to the style and not boring. I will sure pay it another visit in the future.

600ml bottle. Decanted into a tulip glass.
Appearance: Murky brown. Cap of beige foam goes away quickly.
Smell: Bready with a hint of caramel. A little mineraly.
Taste: Like a cold loaf of bread. Banana and crackers. A touch of alcohol heat, which is kind of surprising for a beer that clocks in at 5.2%.
Mouthfeel: Thin and slippery. Fades quickly.
Overall: I don’t know. I’m dying for a good Brazilian beer, and I’m afraid I didn’t find it here. It may not be the sweet, corny pilsner I’ve been drinking all week, but it’s not all that satisfying either. Way too sweet on the finish.
