Medium light carbonation with a just slightly above average body.
Dark fruit, fermented sour wood. Malt, fermented cherries. Some dark chocolate and coffee
Taste is sour fermented cherries.wood,earthy. Followed by malt and a bit of coffee and dark chocolate
This was aged for a long time by the time I opened it. I think that really affected the taste but it was still very good.

Way too much bourbon barrel in here. It tastes like I'm biting into a soggy barrel. This really needs to be fixed guys. This may not have been a good batch but it's definitely the most aggressive barrel flavoring I've come across and it really takes away from the beer. Sad to have finished with this one.
