A- Orangish body with hints of gold at the thin part of the glass and hints of amber at the thickest part. Thin, bubbly white head that disappears quickly, but leaves a ring of white bubbles around the edges.
S- Tart raspberries, lemon, sour funk, earthiness, slight hint of toasted oak.
T- Lemon and raspberry come first, with lots of tartness up front. Bretty earthiness comes in towards the middle with some toasty oak. Some sweetness throughout along with a great grassy/herbal note.
M- Medium-high carbonation, puckering tartness, but not to the point of it being a burden. Rather dry finish with a lasting sour coating on the tongue.
O- Had this on tap at the brewery and the bottle is just as good. A great sour with layers of flavor and great drinkability.
